Roger and Bonnie recently had their basement waterproofed due to the excess amounts of water that would collect when it rained. After the basement was waterproofed, the made the decision to finish the area for an extra room for entertaining their guests and reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems once again. New EverLast Windows were installed to help bring in more natural light and to replace the old, cracked, dingy windows. EverLast Wall Panels were installed to provide a beautiful finished looked with insulation. The EverLast Wall Panels are made of inorganic, vinyl cover, to prevent damage from moisture and water. Roger and Bonnie now have a place they can entertain their guests.
Roger and Bonnie had heard that their neighbors installed Radon Mitigation system due to high levels. After conducting a test in their home, they grew much concern themselves. They reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a system installed and increase their air quality in their home. Wes arrived to evaluate Roger and Bonnie’s home to have the proper and most effective system installed. Bill and his crew effectively and efficiently installed a new Radon Mitigation system in the home, significantly dropping the Radon levels, leaving the home a safer place to breathe.
Roger and Bonnie have always had issues with a leaking basement, but let it be. They began to noticing mold growing and decided it was time to fix the issues. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their basement waterproofed. Wes inspected all areas of the basement, making sure each area was properly addressed. After inspection, he suggested spraying MoldX over the affected area and then install WaterGuard and a TripleSafe. Installing the WaterGuard would prevent the pooling and puddling of water, which in return would help minimize the growth of mold. Once water collected in the WaterGuard, it was properly discharged out of the basement.
