Now, he has beautiful new SunHouse window wells. This increases efficiency, as warm air stays in the window well, helping to insulate the house and decrease the energy bill.
Concrete is a very porous material that allows moisture to pass through and left untreated, can cause mold to grow. Contacting MidAmerica Basement Systems can properly address the issue with installing an effective system to create a vapor barrier between the wall and basement. CleanSpace is a thick liner that is placed along the walls, stopping moisture from entering the basement, and directing it to a WaterGuard system. WaterGuard will than direct the moisture and water to a sump pump where it will be properly discharged from the home, leaving the basement dry.
Sinking concrete has left Frank’s sidewalk unlevel, and allowing for debris and water to seeping between. The steps to his front door had sunk, leaving a larger step up than normal. He reached out to the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems and ask for a solution to his sinking concrete. He was offered PolyLevel to lift and level to concrete back to normal, and was suggested NexusPro Joint Sealant. PolyLevel helped stabilize the concrete, helping reduce the large gap between the garage foundation and lift the sunken stairs to the porch. The NexusPro Joint Sealant was than applied to the cracks, giving a permanently seal from debris and water. Debris and water no longer threated the ground under the concrete thanks to PolyLevel and NexusPro.
