I received and information packet before my first appointment which I thought was a great idea.  I could prepare myself plus I had a little more of an idea what they were talking about.  The installation crew was very hardworking and great when I asked questions. 

Tim was very professional and knowledgeable.  He answered all of our questions, plus gave us his number in case we had more questions. The clean up was better than expected. 

Mark had an excellent presentation and a very reasonable evaluation of what needed to be done.  The installation crew arrived on time just like they were scheduled.  The office staff was great, very considerate and worked with my schedule to try and set up an appointment.

I really enjoyed your ad in the phone book.  The first the crew was late but it wasn't their fault.  BUT they did make sure and call me and told me what was going on.   There was more problems than expected with my house so there was a delay but they still managed to finish up earlier than expected.  My basement hasn't been this dry since April.

Tim was very knowledgeable and after speaking to him we knew we made the best choice when we hired MidAmerica.  Plus we had you guys work on our home before.
