Everything was wonderful - they were very courteous and wanted to be sure we were happy with the work they did. 

So far I have had a dry basement. I just recently had 4-5 inches of rain one night and a very dry basement. I am pleased with the waterproofing system. Your system sounded like a better way of correcting a problem. The crew was very friendly and clean. When my basement was completed they cleaned up well. The office staff took the time to describe what the design specialist was going to do. I greatly appreciate that. He did explain everything well.
