Robins, IA Rental Property Waterproofs Basement

Jim S. of Robins, IA owns a rental property that was suffering from water intrusion. Jim called MidAmerica Basement Systems for a free estimate, and shortly thereafter met design specailist Joe Sarb to talk about the waterproofing project. WaterGuard, TripleSafe and CleanSpace were all recommended, and later installed. Both the tenants and Jim are very happy with the outcome!
