Discharge Line Installed to Waterproof System in Preston, IA

Mike recently had his basement waterproofed and was very happy with his basement staying dry. Now the only issue was when it rained heavily. Water would properly be discharged from his home, but because he did not have an extended discharge line, the water was causing the dirt around his foundation to wash out. He called MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a discharge line and LawnScape installed. During installation, a specialist suggested having IceGuard installed as well. IceGuard helps prevent the line from freezing during the cold season so the sump pump does not become backed up. Mike now has a discharge line that doesn’t washout the dirt around his foundation.
