Leaking Floor Damages Finished Basement in Altona, IL

Trevor had recently purchased a home with a finished basement, and he was very glad to know that the basement had a sump pump, or so he thought. After a large rain, he began to notice a wet floor, which was very concerning because he thought the sump pump had failed.
