Solution
Our production team executed a comprehensive installation using four proprietary systems to reinforce the home from the inside out:
WaterGuard® Sub-Floor Drainage
The team installed the WaterGuard® system beneath the basement floor perimeter. This acts as the foundation's first line of defense, capturing seepage before it ever reaches the surface.
SuperSump® System
To manage the captured water, we installed a SuperSump® pump. This dependable ally keeps the basement on the dry side by efficiently discharging water away from the foundation.
GeoLock™ Channel Anchors
Heavy-duty steel earth anchors were driven deep into the stable soil outside the home. These anchors connect to the interior foundation wall, providing immediate stabilization and halting any further inward movement.
