Challenge
Our design specialist conducted a full indoor air quality and structural assessment, utilizing moisture meters and thermal imaging to locate hidden dampness. The diagnostic revealed active vapor transmission passing through the porous concrete foundation walls, alongside hydrostatic pressure pushing water through the floor-wall joint.
Solution
The homeowner received a full visual layout, a technical breakdown of the hydro-management system, and an itemized fixed-price proposal. The evaluation provided the client with complete clarity on their foundation's environmental status and a turnkey roadmap to stabilize their home's indoor climate whenever they choose to proceed.
