Challenge
Our specialist performed an in-depth crawlspace inspection, testing soil moisture levels and evaluating the condition of the wooden support framing. The audit confirmed that ambient moisture was actively evaporating from the dirt floor and entering through open vents, creating an ideal environment for organic growth and air quality degradation.
