Solution
To relieve the built-up water pressure and safeguard the home's interior, our specialist designed a complete sub-slab drainage solution. The proposal outlines embedding a high-capacity perimeter drainage channel beneath the concrete floor along the footing to continuously capture incoming groundwater. Collected water is directed into a sealed sump basin housing a heavy-duty primary pump and an emergency battery backup system to handle power outages. Water is then pumped safely outdoors through a high-volume discharge line fitted with an exterior anti-freeze vent to guarantee uninterrupted operation year-round.
