Foreman Ian Carnithan and technicians David, Gio, and Markell excavated small access pits to expose the footings. Using high-torque hydraulic drivers, they screwed heavy-gauge steel piers deep into the earth past the unstable clay layer, monitoring torque in real time to verify weight capacity.

 

Once anchored, heavy-duty steel brackets were secured under the footings. Using a manifold hydraulic jack system, the crew transferred the home's weight onto the steel piers, stabilizing the foundation and lifting the structure back toward its original level position.

 

The results were immediate: interior doors realigned, sloped floors stabilized, and the excavation pits were cleanly backfilled. By bypassing the unstable soil, the homeowner permanently protected their investment and regained complete peace of mind.
