Photo Album: WaterGuard Drainage System Installed in Coal Valley, IL

Marilyn C. of Coal valley, IL had trouble with frequent water intrusion, so she called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems. After meeting with design specialist Mike Banks, she had her waterproofing system installed by foreman Bill Wilcox and his team. The basement is now dry, and it looks great!

Before the Work is Done

No work has been done yet, but the necessity for waterproofing is evidenced by the discoloration on the walls.

WaterGuard Partial Installation

Here the WaterGuard is placed, and a plastic is laid on top of it. Below the WaterGaurd system is gravel to help water to be able to move through the channel toward the sump pump.
