Photo Album: Newly Stabilized and Waterproofed Basement in Milan, IL
Patricia was having issues with a leaking basement and failing foundation. She reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have her issue repaired. A large bow in the foundation walls has only gotten worse over the years, and now the walls had begun leaking, leaving a wet mess. A PowerBrace system was installed to permanently stabilize the walls and offer the possibility to straighten the walls back. A WaterGuard and two TripleSafe systems were installed to address the water that was seeping into the basement. WaterGuard helps collect water from under the floor and off of the walls. Directing the water to the TripleSafe sumps, it is properly discharged from the basement. Now the basement is dry and stable for Patricia.
