Photo Album: Repairing Waterproof System for Home in Atkinson, IL
Many years ago, Wayne and Judy had installed a waterproofing system with MidAmerica Basement Systems. CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and a SuperSump had kept their basement dry for many years. Recently they had a house fire that had damaged much of their basement and waterproofing system. After having a restoration company repair their damaged property, they reached out once again for help from MidAmerica Basement Systems. After inspecting the damaged products, some WaterGuard and all of the CleanSpace needed to be replaced. Wayne and Judy once again have a restored basement and waterproofing system.
Damaged CleanSpace
Fire damage has ruined the CleanSpace Liner systems, exposing the leaking foundation.
Preparing for Repairing
After the restoration, the walls were painted to hide the burnt damages.
Unaffected WaterGuard
Most areas of the WaterGuard were left unharmed.
Working Sump Pump
Small amounts of heat damage had affected the appearance of the SuperSump
Installing CleanSpace
CleanSpace was placed over top the wall once again to keep moisture levels down.
New WaterGuard
Damaged WaterGuard is replaced with new.
Looks Like "New"
The once fire-damaged system is a good as new again.
