Water Damage

Water damage is visible from repeated water entering into this crawl space along the walls.

The Old Liner

The plastic liner that was used before was clearly inefficient in keeping water and debris out of the crawl space.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting is a dimpled material used underneath the CleanSpace liner to allow for water to flow freely under the liner.

CleanSpace Liner

CleanSpace liner is 20 mil thick and has an antimicrobial additive that resists mold growth making it ideal in damp spaces!

Complete Encapsulation

The space before was not sealed accurately and left a lot to be desired but with the professional installation of CleanSpace, the space is cleaner, brighter and dryer.

SmartDrain

SmartDrain will drain leaks within the crawl space to ensure that if leaks occur due to pipes bursting again, the water will be drained away.
