Gary H. in Davenport wanted to repair some cracks he noticed in the basement as well as the glaring issue of bowing foundation walls. MidAmerica Basement Systems sent out a design specialist, Mac McDaniel, who inspected the space and gave Gary a free estimate. Eager to have the basement repaired permanently, Gary gave his stamp of approval. 

With lead foreman Jordan Strutt, the team began the project by addressing the most pertinent issue which was the bowing walls. The team installed the PowerBrace system to two of the bowing walls. The other bowing wall was stabilized with Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The team finally stabilized the last wall which was not bowing, but needed to be secured, with the CarbonArmor system. 

The MidAmerica Basement team was able to stabilize all of the foundation walls and with PowerBrace and Geo-Lock Wall systems, the walls bowing conditions will be improved over time.
