The water damaged floors almost appear to have rust where metal may have been sitting. The water damage along the joints of the wall, and in the corner is extremely evident.
Full perimeter WaterGuard hugs the corners of the wall, and wraps around to protect the interior. This picture is before the WaterGuard is installed.

The lateral drainage can be seen coming connecting to the full perimeter WaterGuard. Laterals are installed when there are particularly low points in certain areas or water issues that aren't just at the walls/joints.
