I originally saw your company's name on HGTV.com and was very impressed. The reasons I picked your company was because of the references and the reputation of professionalism. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The representative was great. Thom made an effort to get to know us and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The crew was great as well. The were on time and finished up early too. They were very personable and we felt 110% comfortable with leaving them in our home. Cleanup was fantastic. It was like they weren't even there after they had cleaned. We are so pleased! We haven't had a drop of water! It is such a relief to know  we don't have to worry about flooding anymore. Thank you for everything. Larry and his crew were so polite and effiecient! If we ever move again, we will be calling MidAmerica Basement Systems - it was worth every dime!
