For reliable flood protection, a TripleSafe sump pump was included, which is a powerful, three-pump system featuring a primary pump, a secondary pump for heavy water volumes, and a battery backup pump for power outages. Finally, a SaniDry Sedona, a high-capacity dehumidifier specifically designed for basements and crawl spaces, was integrated to control humidity levels and prevent mold growth, ensuring a dry and comfortable living environment. 

The implementation of this comprehensive waterproofing system resolved the homeowner's basement leaking issues. The combination of interior drainage, a robust vapor barrier, a dependable sump pump, and effective dehumidification has resulted in a completely dry basement.
