Controlled Drainage: Redirecting any sub-floor water effectively to prevent pooling.

Under Scott’s leadership, the production crew executed a precision installation of our two-part defense system:

CleanSpace® Wall System: A durable, antimicrobial poly liner was applied to the walls. This creates a permanent vapor barrier, directing any wall leaks down into the drainage system while preventing mold growth.

Drainage Matting: Installed beneath the floor level, this dimpled matting creates a dedicated space for water to flow freely toward the sump pump, ensuring the floor remains bone-dry.
