Upon inspection, our team identified that the existing support posts in the crawlspace/basement were failing. Over time, the soil beneath the original footings had shifted and compressed, causing the floor joists to settle. This resulted in:

Solution
To provide a permanent fix, we installed the SmartJack® Stabilizer. This system was chosen for its durability and precision.
Structural Footing: We excavated a small area for each jack and installed a base of engineered fill (compacted crushed stone) to distribute the load effectively.
High-Strength Steel: Galvanized steel columns were custom-cut to fit the space, ensuring they would never rust or corrode.
