Challenge
Our design specialist performed a detailed foundation assessment, examining wall conditions, floor slab integrity, and external grading factors. The inspection revealed active moisture seepage migrating through the floor-wall joint along the perimeter, driven by hydrostatic pressure building beneath the concrete slab.
