Challenge
Our specialist conducted an on-site diagnostic of the home's sub-slab dynamics, evaluating slab integrity, foundation geometry, and viable routing paths for discharge piping. To eliminate gas build-up beneath the home, we engineered a custom sub-slab depressurization system. The design uses dedicated suction pits beneath the concrete slab connected to PVC piping and a continuously running, high-efficiency radon fan mounted on the exterior, pulling soil gas out from under the foundation and safely venting it above the roofline.
