Sandra was having issues with water entering her crawlspace, causing the rest of her basement to become damp. She contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have her crawlspace encapsulated and install a waterproofing system. Adao offered CleanSpace and a SmartSump to seal off the exposed ground and keep moisture out of the crawlspace. CleanSpace uses a thick liner that will not tear or rip, or mold. Sealing off the moisture from the rest of the home, helps keep humidity levels down, and installing a SmartSump insures the crawlspace will not become wet.
Dennis had reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems years ago to have his basement waterproofed. A SuperSump was installed to discharged the water, but he did not wish to have the perimeter waterproofed. Today during large amounts of rain fall, Dennis has issues with water seeping in through the wall and floor joints and reached out once again. He was offered CleanSpace Liner along the wall to address the seeping water from the walls and a WaterGuard drainage system. When water collects in the WaterGuard it is then redirected directly to the SuperSump, keeping the basement dry once again.
