Homeowner’s concrete slab in the garage was extremely cracked and started to slope. MidAmerica Basement Systems experts used PolyLevel and Nexus Pro to repair the crack and level the slope. PolyLevel is a high-density foam which was used to raise the slope to its original state. Nexus Pro is used to fill in cracks on concrete slabs so water does not go into it. If water gets into the cracks, the soil will change and gain more cracks and uneven concrete slabs.
John & his family have been living at the home for 10yrs now but have noticed their crawlspace has been getting extra humid causing their upstairs tp feel musty and damp.
