The CleanSpace fights mold growth with UltraFresh, which is an antimicrobial additive. The CleanSpace also acts as a vapor barrier making it difficult for Radon gas to enter the home. The space before is dark and cold but after the MidAmerica team seals it with CleanSpace, the homeowner has a space that cleaner, brighter, and available for use.

The SmartSump is compact enough for crawl spaces and comes equipped with the WaterWatch alarm which will alert the homeowner of any rising issues. The SmartSump has an air tight lid that allows water to drain but does not allow water vapor to escape.
