General Comments: I appreciated that before Kali came, the office staff sent me information about the systems. They also sent of picture of Kali so I would know who to expect. All of the literature I received was professionally done and very informative. I appreciate all of the help we had from the office staff, to the sales rep., to the actual installers. A job well done.
In addition to the general comments above, our customer was also given the opportunity to rate us in six key areas related to our performance as a company, from initial contact to final cleanup. They rated us on a scale of one to five stars in each category, and had the opportunity to leave comments.

Our Salesperson and Sales Presentation
Kali was very thorough in everything that he shared. He did not try to push us into buying any thing, but presented the systems we were originally interested in and any systems that my also be applicable to our home.
Our Installation Crew
They were very polite. They were very careful about tracking in dirt and covered all they flooring where they would be walking. After the install they showed me everything that was done and made sure everything was in working order before they left.
The Cleanup Process
They basement by the sump pump install looked like they had never been there. They swept my driveway before they left. They did an awesome cleanup job.
