I only had to call the office once for phone number and they were polite and helpful.
Kevin was our sales rep and he was prepared, offered sound advise and explained the whole process to us. He was very professional and answered all of our questions.
Bill and his crew are absolutely the BEST!! For such a labor intensive process they have it organized, and completely thought through down to the last detail. The dust was minimal if at all.
I believe Bill and his crew left the basement and the garage cleaner than they found it.
What made you choose our company:
The presentation, by Kevin Coakley he answered all fo our questions, and presented the product clearly and with confidence. I had my brother-in-law who is a contractor sit in with me on the presentation, and to provide a second opinion for me. He too agreed that this would be the best solution to our water problem. Kevin not only told us but showed us what the process would be, and the material mailed ahead of time helped us ask the right questions.
