I went with MidAmerica Basement Systems because of their products and method of application. I am well satisfied with the job too. The installation crew did a nice job and cleaned up well. The representative seemed knowledgeable and nice. I had a good experience with the office staff as well.

I have seen your trucks during my commute between Cedar Rapids and Davenport. Your office staff had very good information and both times I called Kim and Tiffany were helful and really nice. Tim Farnsworth was awesome, he explained everything and I basically bought everything that your company has to offer for a house my size. Your company offered a total package of what I needed. You had been to my house several years ago and I wish I had you install it then. Crew was great, worked fast and hard! Larry and Mike that did the installation did a great job and were very professional, Great guys!

Tim was great, he explained everything so it was easy to understand and how the project was going to go.  The installation crew did a fantastic job cleaning up.  Plus the office staff was very polite and worked around my schedule when it came to setting my appointment.

It was a sucky, windy day and even so they made sure I was satisfied and clearly took pride in their work. Richard and David left things better than they found them.

The job went great! Chris was awesome, very considerate of not only the work he was doing but the overall environment of the house. He was conscious of the dust and keeping the area around his work clean as well. It was an awesome experience!

Good! The crew put paper down, they cleaned up when they left! I was pleased with the lack of dust. I was expecting more but they did a great job!
