Oscar and the guys were great, and I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get things done. Since there was a discount to book on the same day, and because the described water proofing system is more advanced than the competition, I went with it. Any other company is going to cost just as much or more, anyway, I figure. Joe was wonderful about explaining everything to me, and when issues came up, he was understanding and worked with trying to keep the cost down. Oscar and the crew also did a great job, and were very nice about everything. I hope you appreciate your great employees!

Tim didn't push anything!  He strictly told me what needed to be done and what products could fix my basement.  Tim made me feel very comfortable.   The installation crew was amazing, answered any additional questions I had. 

Tim was prompt and we had a nice discussion about what my concerns were and how to fix the problem.  The office staff was very courteous, along with the installation crew.  I didn't even consider another company.
