Everything with the job went really well. They showed up when expected and they were all very polite. Everything was well planned out. I was surprised there was only a minuscule amount of dust. We actually got a date sooner than we thought we would originally.

Your customer service is very good. When I decided to look into doing some work in our basement, I called 3 different companies. I got an appointment set right away, which meant a lot to me. I also received information in the mail the next day. The estimator Kali, did an excellent job with staying in touch and getting together with me on my schedule. His estimates were much more professional and detailed.

We appreciate the reminder calls prior to our appointments and the technician was ahead of schedule with his appointments and called to see if it was alright to stop by earlier.  It worked out, actually better for our day.  He was an extremely nice young man who got his job done efficiently.  We have always been extremely satisfied with any service we have received from your company.  We find your staff to be very professional.

Erik's presentation was very good.  He didn't try and push us into anything we didn't need.  Your office staff was very polite and considerate when trying to set my appointment.
