The end result is impressive.  The encapsulation looks great.   Our crew leader, Mike Clementz, pointed out issues with the water heater and crawl space entry. This allowed me time to assess the issue instead of reacting to an emergency. The crew arrived timely and returned till the job was completed.  The crew cleaned up daily and when finished no debris was left.  I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because my crawlspace had a high condensation, dirt floor and a poor vent system. I needed to do something but did not know what. The advertisement showed exactly what I needed and there was not an issue with it being a crawl space vs a basement.

Tim was such a delight to work with and truely was there to provide a quality fix for the cheapest price. I would call Tim to fix all our household problems (he even removed a dead mouse for us!)
