Homeowner was very concerned about their daughter’s safety, so they gave MidAmerica Basement Systems a call to help solve their problem. Trisha had recently purchased a radon test kit to check the levels in her home. When she received her results, she was in shock. Her levels were more than double the recommended 4.0 pCi/L standards set by the EPA. She quickly reached out to the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems. She was offered a radon mitigation system to help depressurize the gas that gets trapped under the home’s foundation, and filters it through a Breathe EZ Air Filter. After Trisha preformed her post radon test, levels came back well under the recommendation, leaving it safer for her to breathe the air in her home.
