A homeowner in Davenport, IA, reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to protect their property's long-term structural value. As clearly shown in the before photo, their concrete slabs were actively settling and shifting, creating an uneven surface that threatened to cause further damage to the surrounding property if left unaddressed.

The team drilled small, pea-sized holes in strategic locations across the settled concrete to allow for a clean, non-invasive installation. Through these access points, they injected our advanced PolyLevel® Polyurethane Foam directly beneath the heavy slabs. The high-strength foam expanded rapidly to fill the underground voids, safely stabilizing, lifting, and leveling the concrete back to its original position.
To finalize the transformation and fortify the driveway against future damage, Justin and Devin applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant to all cracks and joints. This durable barrier seals out moisture, preventing water infiltration from undermining the soil again. As you can see in the after photo, the concrete is perfectly restored and fully protected.
