The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a three-pump sump pump system that is guaranteed to keep your basement dry. Three pumps run even if one fails to make sure that the water in your basement never reaches over the sump pump pit. Along with the battery back up the TripleSafe sump pump also comes with a WaterWatch alarm. The WaterWatch alarm is placed in the top of the sump pump, it holds a water sensor that will sound when the water in the sump pump reaches a level that the alarm thinks is too high. Barb was having issues with her driveway sinking, and some areas even cracking under the weight. Water would begin to puddle in areas of the driveway after rainfalls. She reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have mudjacking, but provided her with a longer-lasting solution. PolyLevel uses the same techniques as mudjacking, but with greater results. Small 5/8th inch holes are drilled into the concrete to inject the PolyLevel. PolyLevel then fills the voids and expands to lift and level the concrete. The material stabilizes the concrete, offering a longer lasting solution. Appling a NexusPro Joint Sealant to all the cracks seals off the area, diverting the water away from the driveway and ground underneath the slabs. The sealant also helps reduce the appearance of the cracks that have been created, making the driveway look new.

This not only affected the home's curb appeal but also posed a potential tripping hazard. As you can see in the before photo, the mismatch was quite significant. By employing our innovative PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions, we were able to lift the settled step back to its original position and seal the gap, effectively eliminating the hazard and restoring the aesthetic appeal of the home's entrance. The after photo showcases a seamless and safe transition between the stoop and the step, demonstrating our commitment to providing a remarkable customer experience through reliable and long-lasting repairs.
