Terry was having issues with water leaking in through his foundation cracks, leaving him with large messes. Bryan, design specialist from MidAmerica Basement Systems, offered the installation of CleanSpace, WaterGuard, EverLast Windows, and a TripleSafe. Installing new EverLast Windows provides a tighter seal between the outside and inside, keeping water from leaking in the window sills. WaterGuard and CleanSpace provide tracks for seeping water from the foundation walls, directing it to the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump discharges any water that enters the home.

Having the inorganic material prevents mold growth, warping, rotting, chipping or any type of damage that can come from water. Trim and ceilings were also installed to provide finishing touches. Siobahn now has a dry, finished basement that she can use as extra space in her home.

The TripleSafe sump pump is a top of the line system when it comes to waterproofing your basement. The TripleSafe sump pumps has three pumps to give you complete protection. If your first pump fails the second one will take over. The TripleSafe also has a battery back up in case of loss of power.
