When this special education school found their foundation crumbling during a remodel, they called in the A-team. Salesman Terry Meiners diagnosed the "shaky ground," and Foreman Toney Genova stepped in to lead the heavy lifting.
Before: Walls that couldn't hold their own.
After: A structural masterpiece featuring PowerBraces and WaterGuard.
We’ve officially sent those leaks and structural cracks to permanent detention! Now, the school can get back to what matters most: learning. Great work, Terry and Toney!
In Kewanee, IL, our team addressed sinking concrete that threatened the safety and aesthetics of a homeowner's property before their upcoming move to St. Louis, a precision leveling project diagnosed by System Design Specialist Michael Chezum and expertly completed by Foreman Brian Lopez and his crew members Ian, David, and Markell. Facing these safety concerns, the team lifted and leveled the settled concrete slab with the PolyLevel® system, filling the underlying voids through brown pea-sized injection points to maximize structural stability as evident in the dramatic transformation seen in the photos. To maintain long-term durability and prevent future settlement, we applied advanced NexusPro® joint sealant across the cracks and joints, ensuring long-lasting structural integrity and robust water protection against soil washout. Ultimately, these lasting improvements eliminated dangerous trip hazards and restored curb value, offering complete peace of mind to the leaving homeowners and total security for the future occupants.
