MidAmerica Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Homeowner William recently contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to learn more about his waterproofing options for his home.  He was experiencing water coming through the walls and floors and was concerned about mold and the integrity of his home. He had a full perimeter waterproofing system installed into his home. The WaterGuard system installed around all of the exterior walls. The WaterGuard acts like a channeling system that moves water to the sump pump where the water is pumped out.  

Steve was having issues with leaking basement walls. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a sump pump installed. When discussing his options with design specialist, Mike Banks, it was offered more than just a sump pump. Mike suggested having CleanSpace Liner installed on the wall to help reduce the moisture in the area and to help redirect seeping water to a WaterGuard system. WaterGuard helps collect the seeping water and direct it to a TripleSafe sump. Leaking foundation walls are now no longer an issue for Steve.

Homeowner Scott has lived in his home for the last 25 years. Over time he slowly started to notice that concrete slabs that were apart of his driveway and patio were starting to crack and sink. This was a trip hazard and also was an eyesore to his outdoor area. When he contacted MidAmerica Basement Sytems he wanted to learn more about the PolyLevel options that we offer. Polyevel is a foam that is injected under concrete slabs that then expands and harden to lift the concrete.
