Richard was having issues with using his patio due to sunken areas that created tripping hazards. He was afraid of how much it was going to cost him to replace the patio until he heard of the PolyLevel solution. CleanSpace Drainage Matting was placed along the dirt floor of the crawlspace, and CleanSpace was installed over top and up along the walls of the area, permanently sealing off the ground from the rest of the home. Once the crawlspace was completely sealed off, a SmartSump was installed to collect and discharge any water from the crawlspace. To help address the moisture issue in the basement, a SaniDry Sedona was installed. Anne no longer was a wet crawlspace or a damp basement thanks to help from MidAmerica Basement Systems.
