You can see here that our crew dug around the home to prep for pier installation and then installed our Push Pier system to correct this home's foundation settlement. They then replaced the the earth around the home.
Hersh was concerned about the water that water coming in through the basement wall, and then realized it was because of a wall bowing. PowerBraces use the wooden floor joist system of your home to properly support the pressure exhorted against the failing wall, without damaging the rest of the home. The patented PowerBrace system also allows for the I-Beams to be tightened over time, which can increase the chances of straightening the walls back to normal in time.

Fast-forward to project day, and our expert crew—led by Foreman Ricky Sigala and Jaylen—stepped in with our trusty PolyLevel® Concrete Leveling Solutions to lift and level those rebellious slabs. Using just tiny, pea-sized holes, they injected our high-density polyurethane foam to raise the concrete back into perfect alignment, banishing discomfort for good!
To finish the job, Ricky and Jaylen applied our high-performance NexusPro® Cracked Concrete Repair joint sealant. Now, the homeowner can say goodbye to any water mischief sneaking in under the slabs. Thanks to Tim's precise plan and the crew's hard work, the problem is completely solved, ensuring a safer step for all!
