Notice in the "before" photo, the cracked and uneven driveway created hazards for the homeowner in Atkins, IA. Our skilled team at MidAmerica Basement Systems expertly addressed these concerns using the PolyLevel® system and NexusPro® Joint Sealant.
The "after" photo demonstrates how our innovative solutions regained surface stability. PolyLevel® lifted and leveled the plates, eradicating potential tripping risks. Complementarily, our precision work with NexusPro® sealed the joints to prevent future damage. By utilizing such advanced methods, we assured safe, sturdy pavement for years. Richard was concerned about his concrete steps to the front porch, for the stairs had sunken, causing the step from the stairs to the porch to become very large. MidAmerica Basement Systems offered their injection technology to lift and level the sunken stairs. PolyLevel was injected into the steps, filling the void and lifting the concrete. PolyLevel uses a lightweight material that doesn’t exert extra pressure to the failing soil, and provides a permanent solution to leveling concrete. After PolyLevel was injected, the 3inch drop was no longer an issue.
