After speaking with design specialist, Bryan Christopherson, and coming up with a customized plan, the homeowners opted for the full warranty Concrete Protection Plan. Their slabs were leveled, and all cracks and joints were filled with Nexus Pro Crack Sealant. The sealant expands and contracts with the temperature to avoid future cracks, and maintain the aesthetically pleasing repair. What a difference!
This before and after shot shows how before, when water was getting in through cracks on the wall, the wall and floors were damaged. After, BrightWall is installed to protect the foundation, and WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system directs water into the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The system is keeping the basement dry, and has upped the aesthetic appeal.
