They then injected our PolyLevel® geopolymer foam directly beneath the slab. The high-density foam expands within seconds, filling hidden voids, compacting loose soil, and gently raising the heavy concrete back to a completely flush, level position.
Once the slabs were stabilized, the team prepped and sealed all open joints with NexusPro® joint sealant. This ultra-durable silicone sealant prevents surface water from washing away soil in the future and stands up against harsh UV rays and winter weather. Within just a few hours—and without disturbing the surrounding lawn or landscaping—the Bettendorf walkway was fully stabilized, completely level, and ready for immediate foot traffic, giving the homeowner a safe entryway and complete peace of mind.
