I am very satisfied with MidAmerica. Although there was a bit of confusion regarding the graph that was prepared by the Representative, Richard went the extra mile to get it resolved rather than going back to Davenport. His work was excellent and he was a very good leader. I appreciated his detailed explanation of my outdoor steps and possible difficulties. Richard was up to the challenge and the steps are almost as they must have been at the construction of my old house.
As stated above. Richard (and David) deserve a service award and a raise!
Cole was very professional and gave an excellent presentation and detailed accounting of the job. The only problem was with the graph that did not indicate the main job of slablifting the steps. Problem of software.
David was very very good. Extremely professional and worked well as a partner to Richard. Besides doing much of the driveway work, and the back sidewalk panels, David was great at anticipating needs and assisting with the preparation and clean up.
Richard and David were particularly careful regarding clean up and finishing touches to the cracks and lifted steps.
I had been searching for a local company for slablifting. I received no response to my emails. I tried Thumbtack and only one outside company responded once, but no follow up. I made an assumption that those I contacted did not want to accommodate a senior citizen. It was through Home Advisor that I found MidAmerica. I was pleased with the whole process of contacting me and the exceptional packet of information. Your materials are very thorough and the pictures are just right for the interpretation of the jobs.
