I happened to be home during the last day of the installation and could hear Carlos interact with his co-worker. He sounded at all times like an intelligent, well-organized team leader. He also did a very good job explaining all that they had done. Finally, I was impressed with his creative workarounds in some of the trickier areas of the basement.

Outstanding. Even though we had a roll-off dumpster right there, they still packed up all of their trash and took it with them. That's a little thing that I actually appreciated a lot. Had they left their trash to us it might have necessitated renting the dumpster a second time.
