Design specialist Dan Garner helped determine that an egress window would be the best solution to getting more light in her basement, while foreman Mike Keck was tasked with the installation.

Once the plan was green-lit, Foreman Jacob Quinn and his production crew took over the transformation. The team focused on a clean, robust installation process:

Removal & Excavation: The crew carefully extracted the old, vulnerable structure without disturbing the surrounding foundation.

System Reinforcement: Jacob ensured the new egress well was seated on a robust foundation feature, meeting all modern safety requirements and local building codes.

Final Grading: The area was meticulously finished to ensure proper drainage away from the new unit.
