After System Design Specialist Rob Chismark assessed the scene, Foreman Justin Maddox and Tanner stepped in to work their magic. As you can see in the "after" photo, the concrete is behaving itself once again!
Our expert crew used the PolyLevel system to lift the slab back into place and sealed it up with NexusPro for long-term resilience. Now, this rather rowdy slab has settled back into its family: leveled, well-behaved, and tripping up zero toes. That's another job marked 'safe' on the yard dance floor!
In Bettendorf, IA, this concrete walkway was sinking, uneven, and practically begging to trip someone up. Worried about worse complications down the road, the homeowner knew it was time to call in the pros.
Our System Design Specialist, Ryan Nolen, mapped out the perfect game plan. Then, Foreman Justin Maddox and his crew member, Tanner, swooped in to save the day. Using our lightweight PolyLevel® foam, they lifted and leveled the heavy slabs back into place without needing bulky machinery. To lock it all in, they applied NexusPro® to seal the joints and cracks, keeping moisture out for good.

In good old Bettendorf, IA, we’ve got a tale of two concretes—meet the "before" photo, complete with sunken slabs busy doing the wave! The owner gave us a shout before things took a serious nosedive.
Our System Design Specialist, Chris Hebbel, arrived on-site to inspect the uneven concrete and design a permanent stabilization and leveling plan.
As you can see, our powerhouse production crew, led by Foreman Ricky and Jaylen, got right to work with our trusty duo: PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. Ricky and Jaylen injected our high-density PolyLevel® Concrete Leveling Solutions beneath the surface, neatly tucking those lonely slabs right back into place. Next, they expertly applied NexusPro® Cracked Concrete Repair to the joints, saying “no thanks” to pesky water intrusions in style.
Thanks to Chris's smart design and the crew's expert execution, the driveway went from offbeat seaside vibes to completely smooth and steady—all in a day’s work!
Jonathan was having issues with water coming in through his basement and quickly called MidAmerica Basement Systems. He was offered a waterproofing system to keep water from surfacing, but because the wall and floors were pour as one whole foundation, a special tactic was done. Weep holes were drilled into the walls foundation to allow water to enter, and a CleanSpace strip was installed over top of the holes. Adding CleanSpace helps direct the water to a WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is a drainage track that collects water and redirects it to a sump pump. Jonathan no longer has water in his basement thanks to MidAmerica Basement Systems.
The homeowners are repeat customers of MidAmerica and so when they wanted new windows in their basement, they knew exactly who to call! The team installed new Egress with StakWEL and now the homeowners have a warmer, brighter basement.
