In Wataga, IL, we tackled this unruly guest head-on. System Design Specialist Michael Chezum mapped out the perfect battle plan, drawing up a custom CleanSpace System to save the day.

This Dubuque homeowner realized he had water coming in through the walls in his basement. He decided something needed to be done. He called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems for his free estimate, and to have his basement encapsulated with waterproofing products. CleanSpace liner was used to encapsulate the basement, keeping it dry for many years to come. The full encapsulation looks amazing!
Jennifer was very upset that her sidewalk had sunken 2 inches from her porch when her home was recently new. She searched for solutions to her problem and found MidAmerica Basement Systems’ PolyLevel solution. During her inspection, Mac had diagnosed how the issue had become apparent so quickly. A downspout was placed right next to the sidewalk, and was causing washouts, leaving large voids for the concrete to sink in. PolyLevel was injected under the concrete to fill the void, made of a waterproof material, and lift the slab back to its original position. PolyLevel helped close the 2-inch gap between the sidewalk and porch, leaving it looking the same as it did when it was first poured. It was also suggested that installing a new downspout line away from the concrete to prevent future washouts elsewhere.
