After inspection, Jessica was offered a waterproofing system to help keep her basement dry, and help prevent future mold growth. CleanSpace Liner was place along the bottom half of the walls to prevent excess moisture and WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement. Once water is collected in the WaterGuard, it is then redirected to a TripleSafe sump to be discharged back out of the home.

This new egress window will provide a safe exit if ever needed for this basement but also new natural sunlight will now be able to pour into the room!
